Several maintenance releases have now been issued for Book-It 2.5 membership management and event booking software. The major items included in the most recent releases are listed below. Please note that it is unlikely that we will release further Book-It 2.5 maintenance releases now that a newer Book-It version is available.

G6 Enhancements (May 5th 2001)

• Added company name details to payments screen and payments detail report
• fixed problem in acknowledgement letters in letter button and reserve on batch menu
• fixed problem in general stats report which fails to print report if events, bookings, enquiries or payments for period are zero
• fixed bug in member detail report which was not displaying user9 field correctly
• addressed some speed issues
• New report ‘Event Bookings Member Contact Details’ added

F9 Enhancements (Feb 21st 2001)

• increased margins by 16 points on overdue balances, event bookings, event bookings limited address and event cost analysis reports because printer cutting edges off
• amended Event Summary report to list eventno and reserved total
• added source of contact to bookings button on events screen
• print more concisely in events bookings by slot type report for multiple booking types
• fixed problem with member labels that was causing out of disk space on some small label runs from large databases
• new report 'Event Bookings Source Of Contact' added
• added subtotalling of taken column on event cost analysis report
• fix report Event Bookings By Slot so that slot detail fixed length and not blank
• added email address field and mailings flag to members screen
• new batch facility to produce booking acknowledgement letters and labels when required
• fixed bug in renew button that resets membership type back to 001 on renew on some systems
• split 'Event Summary' report into 'Event Summary By Date' and 'Event Summary By Event No' reports
• made Event Summary report include all events, including those with no bookings yet
• added event no to event cost analysis report
• added new report 'Members Address List By County – Full'
• added new report 'Members Address List By County – Limited'

D3 Enhancements (Sep 2nd 1998)

• changed event deletion so prevented from deleting an event even if event is cancelled and all attached bookings are cancelled. Event must have no bookings at all to cancel
• fixed member stats screen problem - open members and open memberships were being reported the wrong way around
• further batch enhancements to add 'mark as completed' menu option, to correct non-renewal labels issue and to improve prompt messages

D1 Enhancements (Aug 6th 1998)

• new fields added to events screen to accommodate Book-It Newsletter software
• resolved event cancellation problem which could result in credit notes being printed twice
• default filter removed from payments screen to make system quicker for customers with large numbers of payments
• minor menu naming changes in member bookings menu
• resolved problem which caused white screen when selected 'Tools', 'Edit' from menu only on credit notes, letter text and event categories screens
• removed problem in new installation which created duplicate source of contact numbers
• enhanced non-renewal labels batch facility
• letter text increased from Times New Roman 10 to Times New Roman 11 point in all letters
