Holiday organisers naturally place an emphasis on certain aspects such as enjoying the sun, visiting places of interest or developing outdoor pursuit skills. But for one of Instinctive System's clients, there are other important considerations too.

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association Holidays (GDBA Holidays) is a national charity which provides a range of more than 125 holidays a year for its 2500 sighted and visually impaired members. The holidays focus on a range of activities from ballroom dancing in Bournemouth to Jungle trekking in Borneo - and all take into account the members' special needs.

Massive growth instigated the need for a new software system to aid administration. After looking at several suppliers, GDBA Holidays opted for Instinctive Systems (IS) mainly due to the specially tailored functionality its Book-It product offered.

In addition to providing software, development and support, IS were able to help and advise in many other areas such as hardware and network set-up, backup routines and existing system shortfalls. It was this one-stop-shop approach that encouraged a relationship which will see Book-It developing within the organisation over many years.
