Book-It Forum is a new Product from Instinctive Systems. The product is a simple message board system designed to encourage both discussion and feedback within your organisation. Administrators can create an unlimited number of discussion areas or forums and within each area, registered members and contacts can start new topics of discussion, respond to items already posted and search for items that may previously have been posted that may answer questions for them. Book-It Forum is still under development and will be available in a few months time. In the meantime we have made a beta test version available to our own customers here on our website. We hope that by using the system ourselves to provide support to customers and encourage feedback from them as well as provide a means for customers to talk with other customers we will be able to monitor and fine tune the system before release so that it does everything everybody wants it to.

Obviously there are many message board systems out there and many of them have much more functionality than Book-It Forum, however, it is our goal to create a system that is simple and easy to use yet effective at the task for which it has been designed - a key design goal in development of all our Book-It products. As a member of the Book-It family it will also be closely integrated with Book-It Office and Book-It On-Line to, for example, validate member / contact details before they use the system, configure restricted access, use the same logon ID and password system etc.

At present, whilst all visitors to our site can view posts on all forums, only Instinctive Systems customers can login to the system in order to post messages. Optional guest posting access will be made available soon as will restricted access forums. In order to login select the 'login' option at the top of any screen in the boards and enter your customer number and password. If you forget your password or if it is the first time you have logged in then select the 'forgotten / need password' link to have your password emailed to you. Remember you will need to login before you can start a new topic or respond to another message.
