Instinctive Systems Ltd. is a dedicated software development house focused on the membership /contacts database market. We were established in 1991 by current Managing Director, Paul Herschell, with Book-It being introduced in 1996. Book-It was specifically developed to provide membership based organisations running events with a database system to automate and integrate both membership and event management. At the time Book-It revolutionised the way our customers were able to run their organisations and resulted in their rapid growth and increased profitability through efficiency and dramatic reductions in admin costs. Book-It has since undergone regular improvement, development and expansion through a process we term "innovation through evolution". This has meant that existing users can simply and painlessly upgrade to the next version or edition without great expense or the need for extensive staff retraining; clients are still choosing Book-It to help run and optimise their organisation. Our clients now include a diverse cross section of organisations, associations, societies and clubs; both from the private and not for profit sectors.
